Nicole could ask Martha Stewart for advice
She’s once, twice, three times a f**k-up… well she only has two DUIs, but you get the idea. Nicole Richie may be facing an orange jumpsuit and less than friendly roommates.
She has now formally been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Because she already has a drink-driving conviction from June 2003 she faces up to a year in jail and a fine of $1,000.
Well let’s see if she can use her time there productively… she could start lifting weights or hire a ghostwriter to work on write another one of her entertaining novels!
