Now that her so yesterday DUI looks as tiny as her frame in comparison to out of control Lindsay, Nicole donned bugeyed sunglasses to receive her sentence of four days in County Jail. Doting father to be Joel completed the ensemble with funeral parlor chic.
Four days. And she probably won’t even mind starving herself in her cell like Paris did!

Hilary chose to wear this shiny pregnancy jacket for her first run-in with ex Joel Madden since their breakup. I’m sure he was impressed…
"I just did TRL today and Joel was there, and it was the first time we’d seen each other and it was so, like, nerve-racking," she says. "I knew that he was going to be there and he knew. It is what it is. I mean, what am I going to do? It’s life." MTV must have scheduled those two together for maximum drama!

The breakup with Joel as sent Hilary into a dirty girl spiral. She’s gone bad. So deliciously bad. She’s ready to fight, and it’s going to get ugly!
Her new album "Dignity" is due out next month and features specifics about her beef with Nicole, who Hilary seems to blame for the entire mess. The title track features lyrics including, "Where’s you dignity? I think you lost it in the Hollywood Hills. Can’t buy respect, but you can pick up that bill." The barbed song goes on, "Always with Mr Right, but when you have a fight/Run into your friend’s ex, he’s happy to be your next/Tomorrow’s paper’s coming out so kiss him fast, watch the cameras flash." Take that, Nicole!
"Gypsy Woman" stabs Nicole with: “She lets you think that you found her first. That’s how she works her sick and twisted gypsy curse. Talks with a grin ’cause she’s got no shame. Enjoy the fame, bringing down the family name.” Who knew Hilary could he so harsh?

Nicole’s new man Joel claims to be from the "Maryland ghetto" and likes to talk tough.
He has big words for Maksim Myaskovkiy, the guy who’s been stalking him, saying, "I’m not afraid of that kid. I’ve been threatened by crazier dudes than him. I’ve been threatened by gangsters."
“I’m not going to take this threat lightly. But I’m not going to not go out simply because some kid wants me dead. If he comes near me, I’m going to assume that he wants to kill me, and I’m going to take appropriate action. I own a lot of guns. I’m ready."
